The first step in selling your home is deciding if now is the right time for you. You man not have a choice with a job relocation, marriage, or a number of other reasons. Once that decision is made - then you call me!
Selling your home is a big deal. You probably want to get the most money you can for it. Call me and let's set up a time to talk. In order for me to list your home, we have to have agency, or a contract. There are a number of options available and we will have a thorough discussion. Transparency is what you can count on when working with me, but we do have to have a contract in place to work on your behalf.
Once you hire me, I will go through not only the process, but what steps you should make in preparation of the sell of your home to maximize your profit. I am educated and certifed as a Seller Representative Specialists (SRS), and take pride in meeting you where you are and need to be in order to make the most profit during this transition.
Once you have made the necessary preparations to the house to sell, I will collaborate with you to complete the steps necessary to list your home on our local MLS and social media outlets. I will work diligently to market your property with the goal of getting as many offers as we can.
Once you have accepted an offer, you will be considered "Under Contract". During this time (depending on the conditions of your contract), you will be required to allow the buyers and their inspectors into the home (I can handle this for you as your REALTOR!), potentially make repairs, and definitely start packing in preparation of your move.
Your house will be inspected one last time before closing and we all meet at the attorney's office. A few signatures and about an hour later, you will no longer own the home.
