Agency is simply a contract that allows me to represent you. In order for me to show you homes, we have to have some sort of agency. Agency can be customized to your needs. It is my duty to sit down and explain what that means, what your options are, and answer any questions you may have so you can decide if you want to hire me to represent you. Transparency is my goal! You will always know what to expect.

"I want this house!" - We've found the perfect fit. Now it's time to make the offer. I have been trained as a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) and an Accredited Buyer Representive (ABR) and will help you craft a competitive offer. I will be honest and transparent in the market so you can make an educated decision. My goal is to get you under contract!

Once you are under contract, there are several more steps to get to the closing table. Inspections are a huge part of the process. I will thoroughly explain each inspection you will be recommended to have done and what they are looking for. You will want to depend on the experts in their areas of expertise when they examine your potential home. Don't worry! I have referrals for inspectors if you need them.

Getting to the closing table is not always a smooth and easy process. I will be your trusted REALTOR when things get bumpy to help guide you through the process in hopes of making the process as less stressful as I can for you. It is my responsibilty to do the worrying for you so you can concentrate on the next steps - Getting packed up and ready to move!
